Returns & Refunds

Because our products are consumable natural powders, we can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@bherubabaenterprises.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Cash on Delivery refunds are processed via bank transfer.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind once an order has shipped.
